Summer Magic Balm
Healing. Protective. Feminine.
Blended with my favorite summer plants all of which are excellent for replenishing summer skin that is dried out and overheated.
Suggested use: Use on face and body when needed.
Hibiscus: Invoke the Divine Feminine. Hibiscus flower essence can help us ground, sink into our feminine side, help us feel safe, and heal from grief and loss with its nurturing and loving spirit. One of the primary benefits of hibiscus for skin is that it is rich in Vitamin A. Vitamin A is anti-inflammatory when applied to the skin and can help reduce any redness or soreness. At the same time, hibiscus acids promote production of a protein that boosts cell regeneration, speeding healing along.
Mugwort: Soul Expansion. Spacious connection. Integration. The flower essence of Mugwort helps to harmonize psychic potential, bridge our daytime awareness and dreaming experiences, purifies our spirit, and releases negativity. Mugwort is also helpful when we feel unbalanced. Due to its well known soothing properties, as well as anti-inflammatory properties, mugwort can help those with dry and irritated skin effectively. It can help to treat skin conditions such as eczema (or atopic dermatitis) and psoriasis. It can help in relieving skin's redness as well.
Rose: Love. Healing. Protection. Roses are known for the ability to soothe the nervous system, softening all the places that have hardened. Roses help to restore our vitality, and also offer protection for the tenderest parts of our being. Rose has a variety of vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals and helps moisturize dry skin. It also offers astringent properties, making it excellent for use of acne, redness, and inflammation of the skin.
